I MAKE PICTURES of the life that goes on around me. All these images were made for the people in them, and they own the prints. It is my hope to always be genuinely part of a community where my participation is as everyday as all the things I photograph.

The portraits of Arkansas beekeepers along with myriad stories gathered from the beekeepers were transformed into a photo-essay entitled “To Keep Themselves In Some Honey,” published in 2004 by Active Years magazine.
